I know first-hand what it takes to work in a high pressured sales environment. My background includes 20 years of commercial leadership experience during which I worked for blue-chip organisations such as Danone, Birds Eye and Nectar Loyalty as well as the global charity World Wildlife Fund before starting my own business SalesPsych Ltd, in 2018. I have managed client P&L’s in excess of £150M and have a track record of building high performing teams that deliver sales growth year after year. A key strength is my ability to turn around challenging relationships and P&L’s to deliver profitable sales growth; winning best supplier of the year awards from both Sainsbury’s and Nisa. My passion lies in combining all of this experience with the principles of Positive Psychology to create Positive Selling approaches and sustainable sales growth for salespeople, organisations and their clients."

Huma graduated with a BA Hons in Business Administration, has a qualification in Neuro-linguistic programming and Workplace Coaching, is an accredited Psychometric Practitioner and is completing her MSc in Occupational and Business Psychology. Huma also serves as Board Advisor to mental health charity Inspirited Minds in her spare time.
