We offer 4 workshops that build Psychological Capital in salespeople:

HOPE – We explore how to adapt and open up new pathways to achieve your sales goals.

EFFICACY – We explore how to build the self-confidence required to sell in a rapidly changing environment and customer needs.

RESILIENCE – We explore the 5 common thinking traps we fall into and how to build real-time resilience in sales.

OPTIMISM – We explore the benefits of learned optimism in sales and how optimistic salespeople sell 88% more than their less optimistic peers.

Each workshop is 60 minutes and blends theory with group activities tailored around the sales process to embed learnings and facilitate higher wellbeing and performance across your sales teams.

Workshops are virtual or F2F and can be run independently of each other or as a programme for maximum benefit. Studies have found that people with high levels of Psychological Capital have a positive and measurable impact on performance, satisfaction and overcoming adversity (Luthans et al., 2008).

This session is designed for: Teams of any size (minimum 5). Groups will work through key exercises together with real-world examples.
